Our Privacy Commitment
GPUNexus helps organizations deploy private on-premise AI systems specifically to protect data privacy. We treat all client information, assessment submissions, and benchmark data with the same absolute confidentiality.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry or workload assessment form on GPUNexus.ai, we collect the parameters necessary to evaluate your requirements and size private hardware deployments:
- Contact Information: Full Name, Work Email Address, and Company / Organization Name.
- Workload Parameters: Industry sector, target open-source model interest (e.g. Qwen3.8-27B, DeepSeek V4, GLM 5.2), workload description, document types, and prompt token lengths.
- Infrastructure Profile: Estimated concurrent user count, current cloud API providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), monthly AI expenditure, and preferred hardware deployment tier.
2. How We Use Workload Data
All submitted data is used exclusively to:
- Respond directly to your inquiry and coordinate your 30-minute private Model Bench trial session.
- Perform hardware sizing calculations, concurrency estimates, and cloud cost crossover analyses.
- Deliver customized assessment readouts and formal hardware configuration recommendations.
We never sell, rent, license, monetize, or disclose your contact information or workload details to any third party, advertiser, or cloud AI service.
3. Zero Training on Client Data
GPUNexus does not train on client data. We never use client prompt submissions, documents, workload specifications, or test bench interactions to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or optimize our own or any third-party AI models. All benchmarks conducted during assessment trials are isolated and ephemeral.
4. Data Retention & Security
Inquiry and assessment records are stored securely with encrypted access. We maintain a standard retention period of approximately 12 months from the date of submission to assist with ongoing hardware planning cycles, after which records are purged.
You may request immediate deletion of your submitted workload information at any time.
